Every companion passes a background check through our partner Checkr before they're approved.
Companions upload a valid photo ID and a selfie so we can confirm they are who they say they are.
We interview every companion before they join. Kindness and reliability matter as much as a clean record.
For every first-time match, we recommend meeting somewhere public for an hour or two to make sure it's the right fit.
Message companions in the app, and pay securely through Stripe. You see the full cost before you book.
If anything feels wrong, report it in the app. The booking is frozen right away and our team is alerted.
Tandera companions provide non-medical support. They don't give medical or clinical care. For health needs, please work with a licensed provider.
