Agencies keep a large share of what families pay. On Tandera, you set your own hourly rate and keep 100% of it. The family's booking fees are added on top, never taken out of your pay.

Submit a valid background check to Joel@Tandera.life, or submit one through the app using Checkr — just check your email for the Checkr link.
